Branding Solutions
At CIELO Group, we offer a full range of branding techniques to bring your logo and designs to life.
Each method is selected to suit the product, finish, and impact you want to achieve.
Digital Printing (UV Printing)
Also known as Digital Direct Printing, this method reproduces full-colour photographic images on a wide variety of items.
-
Allows for variable data (individual names, barcodes).
-
Can produce a raised 3D print effect.
-
Includes Digital Rotary Printing for drink bottles
-
Look for the CMYK logo on products that support this method.
Digital Transfers
A specialised printer-cutter produces a digital 4-colour process image which is heat-pressed onto products.
-
Ideal for fabric items such as bags, wearables, and aprons.
-
Not all products can withstand the heat and pressure, please check suitability with our team.
Plastisol Transfers
Similar to screen printing, but the logo is first printed onto transfer paper and then applied to the product using heat and pressure.
-
Achieves logos of up to six colours.
-
Strong, durable branding solution.
CO₂ Laser Engraving & Cutting
Perfect for natural materials like wood, leather, and some rubbers.
-
Permanently removes the top layer to reveal the under layer.
-
Can cut through certain materials depending on thickness.
-
Provides a premium, lasting finish.
YAG & Fibre Optic Laser Engraving
Designed for metal products requiring permanent branding.
-
Engraving reveals the base colour (gold or silver).
-
Some items can be oxidised to create a charcoal finish.
-
Commonly used on metal pens, keyrings, mugs, flasks, and BBQ items.
Sublimation Printing
A digital printer creates the design on special paper, which is then heat-pressed into the product.
-
Unlimited colours, including photographic reproduction.
-
Works best on nylon or polyester items.
-
Mugs, bottles, and gifts can also be sublimated if treated with a polyester coating.
Pad Printing
Uses silicon pads to transfer logos from a printing plate onto products.
-
Supports 1 to 4 spot colours.
-
Works on a wide variety of shapes and surfaces.
-
Ideal for smaller items.
Screen Printing
Transfers ink through a mesh screen using a squeegee.
-
Provides excellent coverage for bold, large logos.
-
Suitable for bags, T-shirts, fabrics, umbrellas, notebooks, and folders.
-
Works on flat and rounded surfaces.
Embroidery
Adds texture and prestige by stitching logos with thread.
-
Digitised artwork ensures accuracy.
-
Cost is based on stitch count.
-
Perfect for caps, clothing, and fabrics.
Wrap Printing (Rotary Printing)
Prints a logo around the full circumference of a product.
-
Provides a larger print area than pad printing.
-
Suitable for pens, mugs, and bottles with straight sides.
-
Limited to 1 colour locally.
-
Minimum quantities may apply (e.g. pens: 1000 units).
Vinyl Stickers & Domed Stickers
Digitally printed 4-colour stickers that can be applied directly to products.
-
Domed stickers use a clear polyurethane resin for a raised, glass-like look.
-
Best for multi-colour logos or detailed designs.
-
Works only on smooth, rigid surfaces.
Debossing & Foil Stamping
A custom block is pressed with heat and pressure to create a permanent impression.
-
Suited for leather, paper, and faux leather.
-
Great for notebooks, compendiums, and premium stationery.
-
Foil stamping adds metallic or coloured finishes to the debossed logo.
