How to Order with CIELO Group
Step 1 – Stock Checking & Pricing Online
With a valid username and password, you can check everything live on our website:
- View real-time pricing
- Check live inventory
- Use our dynamic quote generator to calculate your sell price, including setup and freight
Step 2 – Recommended Branding Options
On each product page you’ll find:
- Recommended branding techniques
- Maximum branding sizes
These are located under the Line Drawing tab or in the Description Tab.
Step 3 – Order Placement
Place your order via your normal channels.
- Once received, we’ll process your order and notify you immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Step 4 – Art Approval
You’ll receive an art approval layout confirming your order.
Please check the following carefully:
- Quantity required
- Product code
- Branding size
- Branding position
- Branding method
- Artwork layout
- Scheduled delivery date
Step 5 – Approval Confirmation
Once you sign off and return the approval layout, your job moves immediately into the production queue for branding.
Step 6 – Despatch of Goods
When your goods leave our warehouse:
- They can be sent to you, your client, or a specified address
- You’ll receive a despatch notification with tracking number, branded product image, and invoice attached
